Modified multilag methods for singularly perturbed volterra integral equations

Abstract

Modified multilag methods are used for numerical solution of singularly perturbed Volterra integral equations (SVIEs). In particular, the stability of the methods is investigated for a class of convolution kernels. The stability behavior is independent of the choice of the quadrature rules. Numerical results are considere.
