The Potential Of Parallelism In The Computation Of Simple Turning Points For Boundary Value Problems

We consider multiple shooting methods for simple turning points in boundary value problems for ordinary differential equations. The original problem is discretised using the shooting technique to obtain a finite dimensional problem and the potential of parallelism exposed in the resulting computations.
