The Block Successive Relaxation Additive Tterative method for least squares problems

Abstract

In this paper, a Block Successive Relaxation Additive Iterative method is considered for 2 cyclic block matrices derived from least squares problems. The convergence conditions and the optimum block relaxation parameter for the method are derived.
