The preconditioning of explicit group-2 linear system with 5 and 9 block diagonal

Abstract

In the following article we present the evaluation of the performance of the preconditioning conjugate gradient through the use of the incomplete matrix decomposition for the explicit group-2 matrices with different number of nonzero block diagonals generated by the 5 and 9 molecular schemes.
