Implementation and comparison of brown algorithm with analytical partial derivatives for boundary value problems

Abstract

Brown algorithm is implemented with the partial derivatives found analytically for solving nonlinear equations involved in boundary value problems. Then the algorithm is compared with Powell hybrid, Fletcher modification of Marquardt and the quasilinearization methods using the global collocation method in solving the differential equations.
