Topological analysis of ladder structuresFootnote

Pages 961-965 | Received 06 May 1970, Published online: 27 Mar 2007

Abstract

Topological analysis methods are useful in providing insight into the nature of network functions associated with lumped linear networks. Consideration of distributed networks, however, involves other techniques. In this contribution, topological methods are applied to a ladder network, and using a limiting process, provide the two-port impedance parameters of an RC uniform distributed line.
