Correspondence Inversion of a 2D continued fraction

Abstract

This paper gives an unique method for inversion of a given two-dimensional (2D) continued fraction into the corresponding 2D transfer function. The procedure can prove very useful in the reduction of large 2D systems represented by a continued fraction.
