Abstract

While the members of the Executive Committee for the Congress are necessarily concerned about the political conditions of the present world, and particularly about the rate of inflation in the last years, they have been enthusiastically preparing what should be one of the best congresses that have been held under the auspices of the International Union of Scientific Psychology.
