This paper considers the problem of robust stability analysis and robust stabilization for uncertain neutral delay systems. The system under consideration is subject to norm-bounded parameter uncertainty appearing in all the matrices of the state-space model. Both delay-dependent and -independent robust stability conditions are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Based on these, the corresponding conditions for the exsitence of robust stabilizing state feedback controllers are developed. When these conditions are feasible, the desired state feedback controller gain matrices can be obtained via convex optimization.
