Abstract
The present paper deals with the feedback stabilization of a class of bilinear systems with disjunct linear and multiplicative control inputs. The controller design involves the solution of a dynamic optimization problem with fourth-order performance criterion. The main characteristics of the resulting closed loop system are its global stability and the progressive damping of large disturbances.
