ABSTRACT
Described are 11 new species of Phlegra from Israel: Phlegra amitaii n. sp., P. dimentmani n. sp., P. ferberorum n. sp., P. jacksoni n. sp., P. levyi n. sp., P. rotili P. sp., P. shulovi n. sp., P. stephaniae n. sp., P. tillyae n. sp., P. v-epigynalis n. sp., P. yaelae n. sp., and one species from Sinai: Phlegra pon n. sp. The paper also contains the first modern descriptions of two almost forgotten species: Phlegra fulvastra Simon, 1868 and Phlegra particeps (O. P.-Cambridge, 1872).
