Pinchas Tamir is professor in the School of Education and Israel Science Teaching Centre, Hebrew University, Mount Scopus, Jerusalem, Israel. He is Director of the Israel High School Biology Project and has research interests in curriculum development, implementation and evaluation generally as well as in the area of science education.
