Cherry Collins

Cherry Collinsis Senior Lecturer in Education at Murdoch University, Western Australia 6150, Australia. She was formerly on the faculty of the University of Canberra and, for a time, chaired the Curriculum Standing Committee of the Australian Capital Territory Schools Authority. She is currently on the Curriculum and Policy Committee of Western Australia's Secondary Education Authority. Her research interests centre on sociology and social policy, particularly in relation to the school curriculum.
