Abstract

In this paper the relevance of sensitivity training for social work education is appraised A conceptual model of sensitivity training that is directly applicable to social work education is presented The proposed model is descriptive in nature. A systematic and detailed discussion of the components of this model ranging from theoretical orientation, format to be used, and its place in the social work curriculum is offered
