Abstract
In a time of diminishing resources for agencies, they can take advantage of the obvious compatibility between the staffing needs of information and referral agencies and the expectations for BSW field practicums. This article describes the functions and structure of the information and referral agency and details its advantages for the undergraduate social worker's education.
