Structure of the organs of digestion and reproduction in the Tortoise Beetle, Aspidomorpha spp. (Chrysomelidae: Coleoptera)

Abstract

The structure of the alimentary and reproductive organs of two species of the West African tortoise-beetle, Aspidomorpha, is described. Metamorphosis of the organs is studied. Structure of the alimentary organs is related to their function.
