Abstract

The genus Hermippus Simon, 1893 of which Hermippoides Gravely, 1921 is a junior synonym, is revised. A key to the species and a check list are provided. The males of H. minutus sp. nov. and H. tenebrosus sp. nov. and the female of H. loricatus Simon are described for the first time.
