Abstract
The French CIRANO experiments provide an integral database for plutonium burning fast reactor physics. A series of fuel substitution measurements parameterized by plutonium isotopic vector and enrichment was analyzed by using JNC’s standard calculation scheme with the evaluated nuclear data JENDL-3.2. A cross-section adjustment technique was employed for checking the consistency of the results and for deducing quantitative trends or errors in nuclear data, especially for the higher-mass plutonium 240Pu.
