Abstract
Data on 100 channels for 83 reactions are presented in the Library.
An electronic version is convenient for making figures to scientific reports obtaining express-information about the current status of evaluated and experimental data on cross-sections of charged particles for light nuclei and for obtaining the weighted mean on the group of authors recommended curve. To obtain the evaluated curve there was developed a graphic interface that allows easily correct both the data and the parameters of the description. Evaluated (recommended) curve is defined using the method of the maximum likelihood in terms of systematic and random errors. Polynomial presentation (cubic spline) was chosen for approximation of excitation functions of evaluated integral cross-sections. It allows to combine the evaluated curves with other descriptions presented as analytical ones.
Further development of SaBa database is provided. It is planned to introduce into the base the data on nuclear reactions rates for equilibrium and non- equilibrium plasma.
