Abstract
A review is given of the topics of the ND2001 conference that deal with nuclear data files and applications. First, we discuss major nuclear data files and mention other data files and libraries. Then, we proceed with nuclear data applications, focusing on fission technology, fusion technology, accelerator driven systems, medical and other applications. Comments are made on nuclear astrophysics, nuclear structure and decay data as well as on data dissemination. We end up with a summary of our views on future trends in nuclear data.
