Abstract
A dynamic photometer is an instrument capable of measuring the luminous intensity of short duration light sources and also the variations of intensity with time. Such an instrument based on a rotating mirror streak camera is described. The analysis process also produces emulsion-developer characteristic curves (image density-log. exposure) at sub-microsecond exposures.
