Disorder in Tabular Silver Halide Grains. II Photolytic Silver Patterns in Twinned Tabular Silver Halide Grains

Abstract

Models based on twinning dislocations, which are the “natural” dislocations of the twin interface, are used to describe the location of photolytic silver in two types of pattern observed in the twin plane of (111) twinned tabular silver halide grains.

Résumé

Des modèles basés sur les dislocations de macie, qui sont les dislocations “naturelles” des cristaux maclés, sont utilisés pour rendre compte, dans deux types de répartition observés, de la localisation de l’argent photolytique dans la plan de macie de cristaux tabulaires d’halogénure d’argent maclés selon un plan (III).

Zusammenfassung

Modelle basierend auf Zwillingsversetzungen-die “natürlichen” Versetzungen auf der Zwillingsfläche-werden benutzt um zwei Grundmuster der Abscheidung von photolytischem Silber zu beschreiben, die in der Zwillingsebene von (II I)-verzwillingten, tafelförmigen Silberhalogenidkristallen beobachtet werden.

Riassunto

Vengono usati dei modelli basati sulle dislocazioni da geminazione, che sono le dislocazioni “naturali” dell’interfaccia di geminazione, per descrivere la posizione deH’argento fotolitico in due tipi di disegno osservati nel piano di geminazione di granuli di alogenuro d’argento tabulari geminati secondo (111).
