Real-Time Monitoring for the Physical Developing Rate with a Linear CCD

Abstract

A novel approach for in-situ monitoring the physical developing process with the aid of a linear CCD was established. One-dimensional spatially distributed signals could be detected simultaneously by the CCD based upon the reflectance principle. Data collection and subsequent mathematical treatment were performed by a computer, enabling easy and convenient experimentation.
