The Devil is in the Details: A Comment on “What Might This Be? Rediscovering the Rorschach as a Tool for Personnel Selection in Organizations” (CitationDel Giudice, 2010)

, &
Pages 610-612 | Received 05 Jan 2010, Published online: 15 Oct 2010

Notes

1The potential for legal challenges comes from both the Americans With Disabilities Act (as noted by CitationDel Giudice, 2010) and the various challenges to privacy stemming largely from the Soroka v. Dayton Hudson (1991) case. Curiously, Del Giudice suggested that legal concerns could be mitigated by using the Rorschach for developmental purposes, when the purpose of the article was to promote the Rorschach for personnel selection.
