Abstract
Employed MBA students were asked to evaluate their willingness to express their feelings regarding 20 issues often discussed in exit interviews. They were then asked to complete two attitude assessment scales: the Satisfaction With My Supervisor Scale (Scarpello & Vandenberg, 1987) and the Authority Behavior Inventory (Rigby, 1987). Results showed that both types of attitudes affect willingness to discuss certain issues during exit interviews. The data are discussed in terms of the multiple factors that influence individuals' willingness to discuss these issues.
