Dr. Dudewicz is Associate Professor (Department of Statistics) and Mathematical Analyst (Instruction & Research Computer Center) at The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. His research was supported in part by the U. S. Army Research Office, Durham. A previous version of this paper was presented at the 1975 ATC in San Diego and appeared in the ATC Transactions.
