A Procedure for Pooling Data by the Analysis of Means

Abstract

A procedure for pooling data from two or more independent normal populations is presented. This pooling procedure uses the analysis of means. Graphical analysis of experimental data using the analysis of means is employed to provide convenient translation of statistical conclusions into usable information.
