Abstract
We present a FORTRAN program for point and interval maximum likelihood parameter estimation for the two-parameter Weibull distribution for multiply-censored data, singly-censored data with Type I or Type II censoring, and complete data. The program may be used for the three-parameter Weibull if the threshold parameter is estimated separately. Examples are presented for the three censoring cases.
