Abstract
This paper documents specific aspects of sex and eroticism as well as related aspects of social development in a small group of postpubertal male patients diagnosed as having hypopituitarism secondarily to the surgical removal of a pituitary tumor. The data include information about erection, ejaculation, masturbation, erotic imagery and intercourse, as well as dating, socializing and falling in love. Problems of case management are also discussed.
