Tarahumara Ritual Aesthetic Manifestations

ABSTRACT

Most Tarahumara aesthetic manifestations occur in ritual circumstances. Meanings frequently refer both to Christian and non-Christian ideas. Contact with European culture seems to have expanded the possibilities of creative expression among the Tarahumaras.
