Emmanuel Antonio José García (MR Author ID: 1081028) holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Dominicana O&M in the Dominican Republic. In addition, he serves as a collaborator at the Centro de Innovación y Difusión del Conocimiento of Universidad de la Tercera Edad (CIDIC-UTE).
