Abstract
Conditions were improved in the electrochemical preparation of polythiophene and polyselenophene films in order to increase the conductivity and stability of doped films and to improve the reproducibility of the synthesis. The effect of the following parameters were studied:nature and temperature of the solvent, ageing of the solution, nature of the doping anion, nature of the monomer, thickness of the film.
