Abstract
A set of molecules with Fermi coupling which are perturbed by intermolecular interactions is considered. On the basis of the cumulant expansion method the expression for the correlation function of the polarizability anisotropy tensor is derived for symmetric top molecules. Applying this general expression we have compared the anisotropic Fermi resonance spectra with the isotropic ones for dilute solution.
