Detection of the GeD(X2∏) vibration-rotation spectrum by laser magnetic resonance

Abstract

Fundamental and hot-band transitions of the GeD radical in its 2∏ ground state have been detected by laser magnetic resonance. Transitions involving the three most abundant isotopes of germanium (70Ge, 72Ge, 74Ge) have been observed. A set of vibrational rotational constants for the ground state has been determined.
