SUMMARY
A description is given for one new species, Xanthoconium purpureum. The following four new combinations are made: Xerocomus alutaceus, Suillus glandulosus, Suillus flavoluteus, and Suillus punctatipes. Suillus albidipes is reduced to a subspecies of S. granulatus.
Suillus granulatus subspecies Snellii and albidipes, and S. Placidus are differentiated.
Notes are given concerning various aspects of the following species: Boletus glabellus, B. calopus, B. separans, B. erythropus, B. Queletii, Suillus sibiricus, Boletellus projectellus, and a species that is possibly Boletus junquilleus.
