SUMMARY
Observations on the spore-forms of Ravenelia taslimii demonstrated the presence of pycnia, uredia, and telia. Morphology of the latter two spore-forms is described. Teliospore germination, meiotic nuclear division of the diploid fusion nucleus in the basidium, and the nuclei in the germinating basidiospore are described and illustrated. The haploid chromosome number appears to be 8.
