Some Environmental and Nutritional Factors Affecting Growth and Sporulation of Ceratocystis Paradoxa

SUMMARY

Optimal growth and sporulation of Ceratocystis paradoxa occurred at 30 C and at pH 4.5 with glucose as the carbon source and asparagine as the nitrogen source. Myoinositol, glucose and fructose were detected in the mycelium when glucose was the carbon source.
