Cultural Study of Exidia Repanda, Previously Unreported from Japan

ABSTRACT

Collections of Exidia repanda Fr., previously unknown from Japan, are compared with specimens from Sweden, a description is provided, and a neotype is designated. A unifactorial mating system is demonstrated for the species, and generic homogeneity and possible relationships among this and allied taxa are discussed.
