ABSTRACT
Four new species of Rhodocybe are described from South America. The atypical presence of small sized siderophilous bodies in the basidia of members of Rhodocybe is discussed, since three of the new species exhibit this character. Notes on Rhodocybe angustispora are also presented. A revised key to species of Rhodocybe in South America is provided.
