Abstract
New combinations for two species of Laboulbeniales (Ascomycotina) were proposed: Misgomyces speluncae and Misgomyces reicheiae, both formerly in Laboulbenia. In these taxa, antheridial structure, extra cells in the lower receptacle, absence of a normal insertion cell, and the irregular character of the cells above the spore septum required a new generic arrangement. Some emendations and additions to the original descriptions were also furnished.
