Nomenclature, synonymy, descriptions, illustrations, a key to aid in identification, and herbarium specimens studied are reported for Diorchidium acanthostephum, D. copaiferae, and D. puiggarii, all on Leguminosae. Anomalous D. amapaensis on Geophila (Rubiaceae) is proposed as a new species. Allotelium is a synonym of Dicheirinia, not Diorchidium.
