New host records of plant disease fungi in New Zealand

Abstract

This paper concerns new host records of plant disease fungi in New Zealand studied at the Plant Health & Diagnostic Station, Levin. Most specimens or dried cultures have been preserved here (Herb LEV). Some material has been referred overseas for identification or confirmation and may have been deposited in overseas collections (e.g., Herb IMI). A few other cultures have been deposited elsewhere: Plant Diseases Division, DSIR, Auckland (PDDCC), or the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC).
