I. A review of sulphur in soils with particular reference to adsorbed sulphate-sulphur

Abstract

The main forms of sulphur in soils are briefly described, and an account is given of the role of adsorbed sulphate-sulphur in soil development and plant nutrition. New Zealand research on soil sulphur is outlined.
