Checklist of dicotyledons naturalised in New Zealand 19. Asteraceae (Compositae) subfamily Cichorioideae

Abstract

Seventy-one taxa of Asteraceae subfamily Cichorioideae (4 Arctoteae, 29 Cardueae, 1 Echinopeae, 36 Lactuceae, and 1 Vernonieae) are recorded as naturalised in New Zealand. Records of eight further taxa (3 Cardueae, 5 Lactuceae) are unsubstantiated.
