SUMMARY
This article may be of interest to institutions for psychiatric treatment where attempts are made to build up therapeutic milieux. Such institutions will have to suggest and allow for special possibilities of development for the persons who are conjoined in a working community. The Staff-team is presented as an offering in this direction. The purpose is to increase the understanding of the importance of emotional tensions as well as imparting an insight in interpersonal phenomena that occur in the group. The material is based upon personal experience and some general attributes of the consultant-role are emphasized.
