Taxonomic Studies on Aphelinus (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae) 1. The Australian Species Described by A. A. Girault

ABSTRACT

The Australian species of the aphelinid genus Aphelinus described by Girault are considered. Four species (dies, nox, pax, subauriceps) are correctly placed in Aphelinus. The following species are transferred to other genera as new combinations: keatsi (Aphytis), voltairei (Eutrichosomella), and damoni, darwini and miltoni (Centrodora).
