Abstract
Limnocentropus arcuatus, sp. nov. from Qinling Mountains, Gansu and Shaanxi, People's Republic of China, is described and figured, representing the second species of this family in China and the second species recorded in the East Palearctic Region. The species resembles Limnocentropus species known from the Asian Oriental Region, and has a close relationship with Limnocentropus insolitus Ulmer from Japan and Guangdong, PRC.
