A review of the genus Archischoenobius Speidel in China (Lepidoptera: Crambidae: Schoenobiinae)

Abstract

Four species of Archischoenobius Speidel are recognized from China, including three new species, A. nigrolepis, sp. nov., A. nanlingensis, sp. nov., and A. minumus, sp. nov. described in this paper. A key to the Chinese species is provided. Adults and genital structures of all species are illustrated. The types of new species and other specimens examined are deposited in the Institute of Zoology (IOZ), Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, P. R. China.
