Abstract

Boiling temperatures at 95 kPa, over the entire composition range are measured for the eight binary systems formed by n -Hexane with: Methanol, Ethanol, n -Propanol, iso -Propanol, n -Butanol, iso -Butanol, sec -Butanol and tert -Butanol - using a Swietoslawski type ebulliometer. The composition versus temperature measurements are well represented by Wilson model.
