On the calculation of partial molar volumes at infinite dilution from experimental density data

ABSTRACT

Density data for three widely different binary mixtures were fitted with polynomial of 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th and 6^th order. Partial molar volumes versus composition curves show significant variations for the different approaches.
